Check your pay

Answer a few questions and compare what you are paid with the minimum set by the domestic work contract. It is free and you do not need an account.

You can pick any month from January 2025 onwards: before that date we do not hold the minimum wage tables and the comparison cannot be made.

1. Your job

If you are not sure, look at your hiring letter: it says so there.

It is a letter — A, B, C, D — on your payslip, sometimes followed by «super».

2. What you are paid

Is anything else included in what you receive?

Tick these only if you were clearly told so («13th month and severance included»). In domestic work there is no 14th month pay: if somebody mentions it, they are talking about a different contract.

Only needed if you are paid by the hour and want a monthly figure, or the other way round.

The minimums change every year: we use the ones in force in the month you choose. We have the minimum rates from January 2025 onwards: for earlier months we cannot make the comparison.

3. Did you work extra hours?

Only if you worked beyond your normal hours. Write how many, in the month you are checking; if you did none, leave it all empty.

Hours worked beyond your normal schedule, between 6 and 22.

Hours worked beyond your normal schedule, between 22 and 6.

Hours worked on a Sunday or a public holiday, at any time.

Live-out workers only. The 41st to 44th hour is not overtime: they are ordinary hours paid more.

4. Your situation

Only if they apply to you. The first three may already be included if you earn above the minimum.
