Contact
Write to info@bahayitalia.it. We answer by email: we do not have a phone number yet, and we would rather say so than leave you waiting on a line.
Before you write, one important thing
If your case is urgent, do not wait for us. Go to a CAF, a patronato or a lawyer: they file the application, we do not. Bahay Italia gives information and helps you not miss deadlines, but does not apply on your behalf.
How to reach us
Write to info@bahayitalia.it. We answer in Italian, English and Filipino.
We do not have a phone number yet. We prefer to say so rather than publish a number that nobody picks up.
What to write about
- Found a mistake on a page? Send the link and what is wrong. It is the most valuable message we get: wrong information about a deadline can cost someone dearly.
- Want to know what data we hold about you, correct it or delete it? Write with the subject Privacy. Your rights are listed in our privacy notice.
- Are you an association, a CAF or a patronato? Tell us what wastes most of your time at the desk. At this stage we are more interested in listening than in selling.
- Reporting offensive content, or personal data published by mistake? Use the subject Urgent report: we look at those first.
